Overall I would say Megaword, ThunderRock and brisul are at the top of the heap.

I've only played 4x4 for the last 3 years so don't really know the stars on 5x5. I definitely agree with your picks of Aussie Mum and obhinoxious for best performance in finding best/longest words.
Aussie Mum dominates though, I believe. She has played slightly over 62,000 games and has set either a best word or longest word record an incredible 46% of her games played! That is an amazing body of work which has stood the test of time.
Obhinoxious has played a little under 9500 games and has a success rate of 32%. Still impressive to me, compared to my paltry 27% success rate. Each of them also has a decent average score per game as well. I doubt if I will ever catch either one of them but I'll enjoy trying.

I added dannyb and sunheart to Most Dedicated for 4x4, and moved a bunch of names around in 5x5 and added a few as well.

I've found Estivate to be fairly consistent with their play in 5x5 recently, though not so much in the past.

I probably should add DrPlacebo for Longest Word in 5x5, too.
